Olivera Stojkovska

Olivera Stojkovska joined HERA’s team in March 2020 as a coordinator of the project “Roma Women Advocate for Equal Employment Opportunities”, supported by the Swedish Foundation Kvinna till Kvinna.

She graduated at the southeast European University in Tetovo at the Faculty of Public Administration and Political Science in 2012.

After completing her studies, through volunteer work she began her personal and professional development in the civil sector. In 2013 she began building her career through administrative management of projects and programs in the NGO Roma Democratic Development Association “Sonce” – Tetovo, where she worked for more than seven years.

Her experience includes administrative and financial management of projects and programs to address the Roma issue, financed by various international donors.

Her interests include promoting and utilizing the rights of marginalized groups, with an emphasis on the Roma community, while she tries to give her contribution in building a society where there is respect for human rights and equal opportunities for all.
