Olivera Stojkovska Ivanovska joins the HERA team in March 2020 as a coordinator of a project for promotion of the policies for employment and economic empowerment of Roma women.
She graduated at the South East European University in Tetovo, at the Faculty of Public Administration and Political Sciences in 2012.
After completing the studies, she began to develop personally and professionally in the civil sector through volunteering. In 2013, she began to build her career through administrative and program management of projects and programs in the non-governmental organization Roma Democratic Development Association “Sonce” – Tetovo, where she remained working for more than seven years.
At HERA, Olivera demonstrates a particular commitment to improving access to health services and advancing sexual and reproductive rights, with a special focus on vulnerable communities. Since 2024, she has been working as a program assistant, contributing to the implementation of projects aimed at these goals.
She strives to contribute to the creation of an inclusive society in which human rights will be respected and equal opportunities will be provided for everyone.
