Rosana Janevska holds a Master of Laws in the area of criminal law and has passed the bar exam. Between 2012 and 2013 she was engaged as an expert associate in a Skopje-based enforcement office where she acquired relevant knowledge and skills.
In 2013 she was elected as a university assistant in criminal law at the Faculty of Law at the European University in Skopje. She is the author of the papers “Comparative analysis between the criminal offences Murder in the heat of passion and Murder committed by overcoming the boundaries of the necessary defense” and “Penal, legal, moral and ethical aspects of reproductive cloning”, which were published in international scientific journals during her academic work.
In 2016, she started working in HERA as a legal advisor and a proxy of the organization. At the same time she’s been also working on the projects “Integrating the legal strengthening and monitoring of the community towards promotion of the reproductive health of the Romani women from Shuto Orizari”, “Defending the freedom of choice – abortion” and “Rule of Law for the LGBTI population”, providing legal assistance to clients from socially excluded groups of citizens who face violation of their sexual, health and social rights.
