Ana Poprizova is a psychologist and a Gestalt therapist. She has been teaching psychology and serving as a school psychologist in a secondary school for over 20 years now. She is the President of the Pool of Specialized Support Staff of the Secondary Schools of the City of Skopje.
She is thoroughly familiar with the education system and is well experienced in the training of teachers, specialized support staff and parents. She has developed a particular interest in adolescent psychology and is quite knowledgeable about their characteristics, development stages, and the challenges they face in the education process and beyond.
She has dedicated her professional career to the promotion of young people’s wellbeing, and she has worked actively on destigmatizing such topics as violence in schools, bullying, gender-based violence and sex education within the broader community.
