In front of you is the Annual report for our work during the year of 2023.<\/p>\n
Last year was dedicated to setting new outlooks, actively taking actions, and restoring the foundations on which to build ever bigger changes and win ever greater victories. This was, therefore, a significant year for us across all fields of action.<\/p>\n
Consequently, our most important achievement in 2023 was the formulation of a new Strategic Framework<\/a><\/u>\u00a0which, over the next five years, will serve as our roadmap towards the goals we want to achieve.<\/p>\n What makes us particularly happy is the fact that throughout the very process of designing the strategy, an exercise taking more than a year, we could feel the unity of our members, employees, associates and supporters, as well as the strength of their faith in and their vision for a world fairer than the one of today.<\/p>\n HERA extracted its newly defined goal from a number of thematic workshops, open discussions and sharing of ideas. Thus we laid the solid foundations on which to join our forces and keep building a humane society where social justice and inclusiveness must exist for youth activism and solidarity to be revived.<\/p>\n With this Strategic Framework, we have propelled an active cooperation with progressive young people, citizens who are aware of their rights, the ones who will implement our mission and vision.<\/p>\n In the three fields of operation of HERA \u2013 Sexual and Reproductive Care, Youth Participation and Gender-based Violence \u2013 we seek to identify a common language with all those who believe that every person can and should live freely and in social wellbeing.<\/p>\n For all activities and initiatives that we implemented in 2023, you can read in the Annual report which is available in Macedonian<\/a> and English<\/a> language.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" In front of you is the Annual report for our work during the year of 2023.
