Programi e mb\u00ebshtet shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile n\u00eb promovimin e ndryshimeve shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb fusha (strategjike), si\u00e7 jan\u00eb sundimi i drejt\u00eb, decentralizmi dhe zhvillimi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile.
