Today we mark the Global Day of Action for Access to Safe and Legal Abortion! In times when sexual and reproductive rights have regressed globally, and the adverse effects of the US policy of global shushing are yet to be felt, the global campaign run by Women’s Global Network for Reproductive Rights (WGNRR) remind us that the path to safe and legal abortion has always been a thorny one! And the fight for the accomplishment of sexual and reproductive rights – long and exhausting, and tough, too – has always been personal and collective! And ours!
